Purchasing power is a term used when a buyer of real estate has cash and is searching for a home for the family and wants to buy below market value. The buyer has the opportunity to wheel and deal since there will be no financing involved. In todays economy and real estate market purchasing power is defined as a buyer looking to take advantage of this depressed market by making low offers. Many sellers MUST get out asap because of personal finances and going upside down on their residence. WINTER IN THE NORTH

It could be quite difficult living in the cold weather sections of the Country. Winter usually starts around Thanksgiving time and ususally ends around Memorial Day. It becomes difficult living with ice and snow and wind chills. People are stuck in the house and schools are closed. It is even hard to go out shopping for food because it is difficult driving a car with snow and ice on the roads. The cost of gas and oil is high because it is on all day and night in order to keep warm. At times you can not even get to work.....

I think you get the picture BUT if you want mild temps all winter long and live in a State that has no personal State income tax, come on down to Palm Beach County Florida. it is truly a buyers market and you and your family can enjoy the outdoor life every day. Yes we do get hurricane warnings in the summer months of August and September but we have not had one since 2004..
